Payment & Delivery
For delivery by Christmas Eve please place your order by 2pm Tuesday 18th December 2019.
No orders will be fulfilled between 23rd December 2019 and 2nd January 2020.
Free Delivery & Same Day Dispatch
To qualify for FREE Delivery, you must spend £9.00 or more on Lypsyl product(s).
Free Standard Delivery is a Royal Mail 2nd class service. You may also choose a paid-for First Class Delivery service.
If you spend less than £9.00, you can choose to pay for Royal Mail 2nd class (Standard Delivery) or First Class Delivery.
If you place your order before 2pm weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays), your order will be dispatched the same day.
Not for Resale
Products bought on the Lypsyl website are not for resale.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit or debit card payments are made via a Stripe payment gateway. You can also pay via PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at the checkout.
When making a card payment, please ensure that the full billing address you enter is the address your card is currently registered to.
Credit Card Security
No credit / debit card or PayPal account details are held in the Lypsyl website database.
All costs are inclusive of VAT.
Returns on unwanted products will not be accepted, unless your product is faulty or if you have received an incorrect order.
If your product is faulty, to arrange a replacement or refund, please follow the below returns procedure:
Any issues with your order should be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product.
No unauthorised returns.
No shipping charges will be refunded (unless incorrect product received).
Any damaged product must be received by us before we can release any credit or product(s) reshipment.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
