To qualify for free delivery, you must spend £5 or more on Lypsyl product(s). If you place your order before 2pm weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays), your order will be dispatched the same day via First Class post.
Not for Resale
Products bought on the Lypsyl website are not for resale.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit or debit card payments are made via a Stripe payment gateway. You can also pay via PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at the checkout.
When making a card payment, please ensure that the full billing address you enter is the address your card is currently registered to.
Credit Card Security
No credit / debit card or PayPal account details are held in the Lypsyl website database.
All costs are inclusive of VAT.
Returns on unwanted products will not be accepted, unless your product is faulty or if you have received an incorrect order.
If your product is faulty, to arrange a replacement or refund, please follow the below returns procedure:
Any issues with your order should be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product.
No unauthorised returns.
No shipping charges will be refunded (unless incorrect product received).
Any damaged product must be received by us before we can release any credit or product(s) reshipment.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive that can be found here.
Any use of this Website shall be at the sole risk of you, and there shall be no liability to us in connection with your use.
To conform to the 1998 Data Protection Act, Lypsyl does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class service. We currently offer shipping to UK only.
Orders are dispatched the same day if orders are received by 2pm Monday to Friday, otherwise dispatch will be the following working day.
